Membership
Sunny PRO Club Membership is limited to solar professionals that sell and install photovoltaic systems to end users. SMA America reserves the right to deny, revoke, or suspend Sunny PRO Club Membership at any time for any reason. Membership requirements and benefits are subject to change without notice. Sunny PRO Club Members must maintain at least one licensed electrician on staff at all times. Membership fee is $175.00 per member, per year. Cancellation of membership requires written notification. Membership fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Ordering
Pro Points are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. Decisions regarding Pro Point credits and debits are at the discretion of the Sunny PRO Club Coordinator. Order options and inventory may change at any time without notice. Orders placed on accounts with insufficient balances will not be fulfilled. SMA America bears the risk of transportation. Substitutions will be sent if goods are damaged during shipping. While supplies last. No returns or exchanges.
